The legal team is complemented by Attorneys Médéric Félisaz (2021), Diane Biedermann-Adler (2023), Angélique Da Silva (2025), and Margaux Wagner (2025).
PHILOSOPHY
This complementary, dynamic, responsive, and efficient team offers comprehensive and tailored services. It could, of course, present itself with a polished introduction similar to those found on most law firm websites in Geneva. Yet, the ability of the lawyers at Renold & Associé·e·s to do what others in the profession can do is not what sets them apart—like truth itself, their uniqueness lies elsewhere.
First, they are fortunate to work in an atmosphere of genuine harmony, which fosters thoughtful reflection and the amicable resolution of disputes. Free from internal competition or tension, they collaborate closely every day and fully benefit from one another’s expertise.
Second, they share a common vision of their profession: to be lawyers who stand close to their clients, fully dedicated to their mission, with one goal in mind—to achieve the best possible outcome for each client.
Finally, they hold justice in the highest regard and take pride in continuing to serve it through the profession they love.

AREAS OF LAW
Practicing in most areas of law, each attorney of the Firm has developed particular expertise in specific fields.
-
The international circulation of art and cultural property has grown significantly in recent years. The art trade and the illicit trafficking of cultural goods raise numerous legal and ethical questions.
-
Family law encompasses the formation and dissolution of relationships such as marriage, registered partnerships, and cohabitation, as well as matters relating to parentage.
-
The Firm will stand by your side throughout any proceedings arising under the Swiss Debt Enforcement and Bankruptcy Act.

It also covers private insurance law, in particular supplementary insurance policies taken out in addition to the mandatory social health insurance (LAMal).
-
The proper functioning of any business relationship relies on trust and a clear understanding of each party’s expectations. It is equally essential that, at the time of concluding a contract—when mutual agreement is reached—the parties also address the potential consequences of any difficulties that may arise during its performance.
With this in mind, Renold & Associé·e·s will assist you in drafting contracts that allow you and your partners to approach your shared future with confidence. The Firm will also stand by your side in the event of any disputes arising with your contractual partners.
-
