DIANE BIEDERMANN-ADLER

Diane Biedermann-Adler holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Geneva, and also pursued studies at the University of Zurich and the University of Panthéon-Assas (Paris).
Admitted to the bar since 2013, she completed her traineeship with the firm Barth & Patek (2010–2012), where she practiced primarily in family and administrative law. She then worked for several years as a legal clerk at the Geneva Criminal Court (2012–2017).
Subsequently, she joined the Geneva Supervisory Authority for Foundations and Pension Funds (ASFIP) as a legal officer (2017–2022), where she gained solid experience in social insurance law and participated in several seminars on occupational pension law in Switzerland.
Diane Biedermann-Adler joined the Firm as an associate on January 1, 2023. She works in collaboration with Attorney Virginie Jaquiery in the fields of family and personal law (divorce, separation, parentage, inheritance, and adult and child protection), criminal law, employment law, and social insurance law — particularly in occupational pension matters.
